Not a good experience at all. Very poor communication. Glenn should in no way be the front to the company. Could not get answers about: type of finish, possibility of add on shelving, when quoted did not distinguish if installation was included or not, would not give a quote for installation, finish had some pits and valleys, installation was delayed for 2 weeks due to: truck not working, weather etc.
