After going into a bit of a spiral after talking to Mr. Elliott this evening after he told me I was too intense and I talk too much after a traumatic event (of which im seeking representation????) and might not have much of a case and stated to me that a reposession can take place with notice of default mailed 1 day after being late, I can say that I am pretty sure he does not know the entirety of the law.
