Terrible experience, came in to a completely dirty room. (Dirty towels, floors, food in beds, dirty dishes) 24 hours later still have a dirty condo and all I can get out of them is " you'll just have to wait they will be there") worst trip to myrtle beach.

Rented a suite at Avista through Elliott. Our first walk through I noticed a broken glass light fixture and called about it. Elliott said they would send someone over with a replacement and to clean up the glass-no show. We then noticed how dirty the room was. I expect SAND at the beach.... but not human hair over every surface in the bathroom. Called again and was told they would send someone over.
