Awful. Do not rent a car from them.
We planned a trip to FL and rented a car from Elliots’s the car broke down in Georgia and we lost all of our money for our trip and had to pay for hotel fees while stuck in Georgia. We also had terrible trouble getting a refund which we still have not had and they have been extremely rude and unprofessional. Would definitely not recommend.
RecommendedVery helpful family. Car was without any power, thinking the worst, but they assessed the situation and a replacement battery. I was on my way! So grateful they were open today. Other places said they could get to it Tuesday if they even answered their phones. Thanks Elliotts, I am a happy customer‼️‼️
