I used Elliott and Associates for five years to cover my renters, automobile, and homeowners insurance. For the prior two years, it has was a debacle. Every document they prepared contained material errors. For over a year I received no bills and was forced to pay premiums over the phone, sometimes the day the policy was going into cancellation. We always respond to your emails, but you don't seem to be willing to do the same. And the e-signature software we use is compatible with both Safari and iOS. But as we were trying to help you troubleshoot this issue, you chose to post this review. We hope you have found a company that better suits you.
These Guys are made from top of the line material. They take of great care of you.
My husband and I have all of our insurance through Elliott & Associates. They are great at finding us just the right coverage in our price range and they never hesitate to double check our coverage or answer our questions. We have had 2 claims and they were a huge help in dealing with that too!
