I had a terrible experience with Elliot’s House. I was assigned a new dog walker. There were some problems from the start – walking dogs for shorter than the agreed time, not receiving texts after the walks. One day, one of my dogs threw up a piece of rope. I contacted the manager and was assured that the walker was aware and was told to be “more vigilant”.
