This urgent care is amazing. They are on point and always friendly. This is a hidden gem.You can book an appointment ahead of time and the care and compassion is top notch. Thank you for all you do.
Do not go here. They are not a real urgent care. They bill Harvard Pilgrim as a hospital visit. Go somewhere else unless you want to pay crazy expensive ‘hospital bills’ for your visit. Update: I called Elliott as suggested below and they were not helpful. I say again; Do not go here. Go to ClearChoiceMD Urgent Care or ConvenientMD Urgent Care.
I was seen right on my appt time. Check in was smooth even with an insurance issue. Dr. Dicrose was very kind, thorough and patient. The nursing staff and Dora in xray were every bit the same. I was banged up pretty good and glad I went there.
Came in with severe allergic response to seasonal pollen. Quickly looked at by very courteous staff. Treatment alleviated problems and received guidance to help avoid future problems. Dr McKee and staff were excellent and very professional.
As the others have stated, if you go here for urgent care, you will be billed twice. They bill you once for just the visit, and then they bill you again for use of the equipment/waiting room/etc. We went and received 2 charges for the same day even though we never went to the emergency room. They do not post this anywhere. DO NOT COME HERE Also, the owners response is to just call their billing department who will tell you that they bill two separate fees. Go anywhere but here
