I was told by my PCP to come here and get IV fluids after a few days of vomiting and diarrhea leading to dehydration. I'd like to start with the nursing staff was amazing! The nurse I had was kind, compassionate, empathetic, and an amazing listener. Girl deserves a raise! Awesome staff. I can’t emphasize that enough. I came in with severe abdominal pain and shortness of breath, and whoever was up front god bless them because they immediately saw this as an urgent matter and brought out a nurse right away. This was after a misdiagnosis in the hospital yesterday. I got diagnosed and sent home with meds in 1-2 hours today, during flu season!
I have had good experiences at this urgent care. The staff was friendly, professional, and efficient. The wait time was short, and the providers took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and make sure I felt comfortable. The facility is clean and well-organized, and I felt confident in the care I received. Highly recommend!
New Hampshire health care is embarrassingly pitiful. Was told an abscess on my jaw on my first visit was just a zit. Sure enough had to come back 5 days later and have it lanced. They want to send me home with no bandage or anything I had to ask for it. It was tossed on the counter and they left the room. I said out loud "is there a mirror?"
