DR. TWIGGS IS A G R E A T DOCTOR!! He knows what he is doing and on top of that he has a great sense of humor. He always takes time to listen and goes far and beyond to provide great care. Our boys love going to his office, my husband and I like him too. We had issues with other doctors here in WA...until we fell under his care. If we could give him 20 stars we would!
I’d met with Dr. Twiggs twice. The first time I overheard him and his staff mocking me as I was leaving the building. I tried to find another primary care physician after that but there were no appointments with my insurance for at least a year. I put off the second appointment as long as I could. It was virtual, and even through the screen it was abundantly clear that Dr. Twiggs was annoyed, hostile, and did not value me as a patient.
