Literally impossible to book time. Call and make the selection on the phone to book an appointment. Person who picks up cannot book the appointment tells you someone needs to call you back to schedule the appointment. I have a life and career I can't just sit around waiting for a phone call all day so thus begins a multi-day game of phone tag. Worthless office

I found Karen to be very thorough. She has a nice manner and personality.
Dr Chung-Allen is wonderful. She takes the time to listen. Her 'bedside' manor is incredible. She puts my medical anxiety at ease. The office itself is cheerful- bright natural light, color splashed about the waiting room. The admin assistants are knowledgeable and friendly. Phlebotomy is upstairs if that is needed. Take the elevator and get it all done on the same day if you can. The building itself is easy to find with a good parking lot.
