What a bad experience. I'll never recommend this place to anyone. I'm still waiting for the manager phone call to discuss my bad experience and to prevent this to other people. Now I'm Waiting for them to transfer my records to Hitchcock so I can have a new doctor. This place is a joke. Stay way from them is you can. And give me my star back.
Switched here because of new insurance. So far, very unimpressed. The secretary answering the phone was rude and dismissive over a very simple request. SNH medical at Bedford was a lot nicer and more efficient.
