Dr. Integlia was amazing. Our daughter has been struggling with chronic stomach pain for months and all the tests, bloodwork have come back normal. Dr. Integlia spent an hour with us and asked great questions directed at our daughter, not us. He made her feel comfortable and didn’t just ask about her stomach. Before the appointment we were expecting him to recommend a strict diet to try and identify food sensitivities and a colonoscopy to look for other issues. Susan Vance refused to see us even though we arrived only 11 minutes late. According to the office policy, patients are still supposed to be seen if they are within the 10-minute grace period, yet she chose not to make any effort to help us. Her attitude was rude and unprofessional, and it felt like she did not care about our situation at all.
