I love how well they keep up the property.
The first problem is the management, or more specifically, the manager. She's completely unprofessional. My husband has tried to contact her, but she simply doesn't want to. All we ask for is a meeting to clear up any doubts, but she simply doesn't want to. Don't move to this place. They're really not going to help you at all! We need urgent help, we were charged a bill of $ 2304 for damage fees from the old apartment. Just posting this for the first time. For one i just moved in and submitted serveral maintanice requests and will go from there, while pending work orders i want to, speically thank the manager Silvia. She was/ is alot of help with my move every step of the way. Yes thats the job but its the details in helping me keep a "3rd" eye open to issues that need to be updated and fixed early to make my new place as comfortable as possible. I moved out two months ago, and I would not recommend anyone move here. Management is only helpful when you are a new tenant once you have become a resident and you come in the office its a I you are bothering them. They move anyone in the property and homeless people are all over the property hiding out. Silvia was never helpful when I was a resident and the new manager is even worse. PLEASE READ EVERY PAGE BEFORE SIGNING THE LEASE. PREFERABLY THE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT PAGE BEFORE YOU GET TO THE LEASE. DO NOT SIGN, UNTIL YOU HAVE READ THROUGH EVERY CLAUSE. NUMBER 9 SEEMED LIKE A MAJOR RED FLAG TO ME SO I HAD TO DECLINE.
