I live on property and cannot wait to break my lease. These apartments are infested with roaches , you pay for pest control but the rental office has every excuse as to why they cannot come out. Mila (Property Manager) is never present when she is at work she is always in conference calls, Talia is rude and is often on her phone at work. Worse property to live in. Run run run run

Update after a month: I have been here for less than two months and honestly I can't do it anymore, put in a notice for a new dishwasher, washing machine 3 days after I moved in and they still have not arrived. the ceiling fan in the master is legit coming off the ceiling and that work order was marked as complete and was never looked at which in itself makes the apartment not livable because it is a safety hazard.

I have been living in these apartments for two years. When we moved in, we noticed the refrigerator was malfunctioning; we were told it would be replaced, but that never happened. We reported the issue, and they came right away to fix it. It worked for a month, but then it started leaking water again. We reported it and they came to repair it, but we asked for a replacement since it was beyond repair; it makes no sense to use containers to catch the drips, as the container fills up and the water spills onto the vegetables in... read more

I tried to rent an apartment, terrible experience. The most complicated application process, its easier to get a $500,000 mortgage. After an hour or more wrestling with the online application, the answer was that the apartment was already taken. My wife and I paid $57.95 in application fees. I emailed the leasing office and called 3 times and left messages, I never recieved and response. I them drove over to the apartments and spoke with ethe leasing agent and explained my all that had transpired. I was not offered any help ... read more
