We have been residents here since February 2024, and unfortunately, since renewing our lease, our experience has gone downhill. We’ve had a constant problem with roaches and spiders. Pest control is almost useless—it took nearly a month for them to come out, and when they did, it was like they were spraying water. Maintenance is hit or miss at best. I would like to thank the maintenance team that worked on apartment L 693 a few days ago. The service was excellent: they arrived on time, explained the repairs they performed, and left everything clean and working perfectly. I appreciate their professionalism and attention to detail. The team here is professional and caring. The apartment is beautiful - I love every inch of it. If I ran into any issues - they were quick to fix and very friendly. I appreciate the quick responses from the office - I had nothing but a great experience with Quan and Talia (I apologize in advance if I mispelled names) but they were fantastic.
Why have an email address here if the administration never replies? 🤔 Here They give you every charge they can think of, and if you try to talk to the people in the office, it seems like they don't like their job, because they treat you badly; they only treat you well when you arrive after you've signed the contract, then their behavior changes.
