The new "General Manager" there doesn't understand the first thing about doing business or customer service. How he is in that role is beyond me. I've experienced it first hand and heard similar stories from others. I walked out of there feeling like crap. It's unfortunate because there are some good, hardworking people there but this guy ruins the experience and leaves you with a horrible taste in your mouth. I hope he doesn't treat his staff the way he treats his "customers".
Thus time around it wuz more happier visit than the last one. Friendly and engaging. They even washed my dirty truck.
