Even though I m not a client, I was hoping they could help with end of life for my dog. I told the receptionist my vet was 7 hours south. This didn't matter, they would not help.
This veterinary clinic is awesome! I have anxiety. So i always go in verry stressed. But they always go out of their way to be as quick and efficient as possible. I've been dealing with them for years. And they always were very good to me and my dog. I strongly recommend going to this vet.
I have had one interaction and it was horrible the receptionist was rude and rushing me and didn’t care to answer my questions. I assume this is because they aren’t taking any new dogs or cats even if you’re already a client. I was calling about end of life which is already hard to get that lady on the phone. I’m at a loss. Maybe they won’t help because the mayor … dr mayor… is over extended and failing this northern community. Also he’s losing money. Dr Mayor; you have failed this city.
