What a useless organization this place is. They can't keep appointments on time, don't seem to know very much and are way overpriced. Their prices for medications are through the roof. They appear to care more about profit than your pet. They may be the only vet in town but it's worth the drive to another town to escape this rainbow madness
It's really sad when you have a dying dog and you call a vet for a euthanasia treatment but you get turned down and pushed away. This vet did exactly that. I thought vets signed an oath stating they would never let an animal suffer.
We adopted a puppy in elliot lake and this is the vet we have and honestly I wish they lived closer this would stay her vet forever they really truly care about animals they take such good care of my sweet girl would recommend 100%
The receptionist is so rude she even hung up the phone on me.She is Not a good receptionist she should nit treat clients gad on the phone please get a new receptionist.
Second time with second dog, we had an emergency. Clinic is open, Doc is not seeing us today. We need to get rescheduled an appointment! Hello It's an emergency... Second Dog will die. Again...
