Dr. Kaplan has been my son's physician since he was born. He is a warm, kind doctor who genuinely cares for his patients and their families. Dr. Kaplan spends appropriate time with us to review health conditions and provide insight and recommendations. We never feel rushed and always feel heard. Dr. Kaplan and the entire Penfield Pediatrics office is just wonderful. We have and will continue to recommend Dr. Kaplan and this office to others.
Excellent Pediatrician************ Dr. Kaplan has been caring for my 4 kids for 10+ years. One of them has had several medical needs, heart surgery and Leukemia. He's amazing with her! He's on top of our needs at all times! Thoughtful and kind! The children love him and look forward to their visits. He's a GREAT doctor!! I would recommend anyone of the doctors in the Penfield office! The staff as a whole are very knowledgeable and up to date in the medical field.
Quality Childcare Dr. Kaplan's office takes excellent care of our son. They always take the time to answer all of our questions, both in person and via email.
