Extremely disappointed in the lack of care given at this Er department. As someone who has struggled with kidney stones for years and was willing to provide proof of previous scans/medical conditions/ER notes, I was dismissed because they were too busy or simply did not care. I came into the ER in a 10/10 pain level, crying and was left for 3 hours before pain relief was considered. Unless you're bleeding from a gun shot, or in cardiac arrest please be prepared to spend 8+ hours to be cared for. The nurses and staff are friendly and professional but that isn't enough to feel better.

I came here twice for the same problem. I was peeing blood and in a lot of pain, the first time they literally did nothing. When I came back the next day because I couldn't pee at all, they shot me with antibiotic and said that it could be a UTI or it could be due to trauma. They didn't take blood or anything. They just prescribed me antibiotics (which made me sick to the point I thought I was going to die) & said I should see a specialist. Took ambulance in. Waiting game had me in a wheelchair in front lobby. Way too many patients not enough staff. Highly unorganized. Worst hospital I have ever been in. I ubered home after 2 hours. Don't go here. Stay away!!!!

Can’t speak for others. But I brought my 3 year old in for a stomach/head injury evaluation and honestly it was great. We were triaged right away. Each nurse was caring and helpful to our little one. The CT techs were great. The supporting staff were very accommodating for any needs. I would bring my other children here as needed (hopefully they won’t need it).
