Not my ideal place to spend an evening, but if you have to go to the ER, this is a good one. It was busy (because, you know, emergencies), but the staff handled it really well. The nurses were kind, efficient, and somehow still had a sense of humor. I came in stressed and left feeling much better. Would prefer not to return, but glad it’s here if I need.
Does not deserve any star, this is worst than a public hospital in a 3rd world country. People wait for 7 hours without knowing the wait, it takes over a hour to be seen by the triage. Receptionist does not seem to care about the patients. There was blood in the bathroom floor, blood on the outside bench, bloody gaze on the floor in the waiting room. What type of private hospital is this ?? We can see that nobody is being called to see a doctor.
Brought my 15 yr old granddaughter in for extreme migraine.[ on a med that stopped working] weeks b4 we could see elliot neurology. The waiting room eas packed & it was a long wait.. but she was treated by jordan( nurse] in pediatric section & she was phenomenal. Made her comfortable/ talked her through all steps. Dr was so so quick, efficient & got her treatment ASAP. She felt so much better. Still waiting for permanent solution but these people do an incredible job w/ patience & competence. Ty
We are here now at Elliot Emergency Room, we have been here since 1pm. They just took her to register her. These fing people are clueless. Bobby, my brother, went up and said hi, we came in here more than 4 hours ago with our 87 year old mother, who has had diarrhea for 4 days, she is talking gibberish, she doesn't feel well and they ran tests 3 hours ago. Not too mention she has dementia and has tried to leave a few times so can we please get her seen ASAP. Enough is enough really, and the person agreed with us. But here we... read more
No solutions. No tests. No empathy. Just shoved in a room with the door and curtain closed. RN Leonard is a liability to this hospital. No one came in to check on us for 2+ hours. Do not trust these people with your life.
