Complete scum. Falsified a family petition against me hoping to have me falsely arrested for allegation he knew to be factually false. Currently being sued for malicious prosecution and civil rights violations. Unethical and admittedly prejudice to black men which he told me in a hearing.
I recently hired Elliot to represent me and I am super happy that I did. I loved how hands on he was, super quick to respond to messages, and extremely knowledgeable on all things not just divorce. I really appreciated that early on he wanted to meet in person and go over my case, that really meant a lot to me to get a sense of vibe.
