Came in early was seen early doctor was very attentive Support staff helpful was pleasant doctors visit
Dr. Coburn is medically competent and, in my experience, professional and empathetic. As a GI doctor, his clinical care was solid. I’ll own up to the fact that I missed appointments.I also live with generalized anxiety, which can make navigating care difficult. That said, I lost respect when I received a certified letter stating I was dismissed from his care and barred from seeing anyone else in GANJ, LLC—without conversation or attempt at resolution. Competence matters. So does compassion in how patients are treated.
I received a referral from my primary Dr. Tripp on 06/25/2025 it is now 04/20/2026 almost a year later still unable to get through to schedule an appointment, I’m glad and very happy for everyone who’ve received this great raving service, but that is not the case for me, how great can the service be if no one ever answer the phones and return your calls.
