When I first met ACCS, they didn't like me. They knew I was going to be homeless within 4 months and Chelsea and Emma ensured I did not get the help I needed and ended up homeless, living in my car. The vast majority of professionals at ACCS do NOT understand mental health. They don't see a spectrum. They, largely, do not know how to de-escalate clients who are upset. They totally failed me twice. First time some idiot guy in a dress told me they couldn’t help me. Second time another guy told me they could help me and I would get a call from their Everett location in a couple of weeks. That promise was made a few months ago and the call never came. I called Everett myself and left a VM explaining who I was and why I was calling. No return call. Wanted to reopen my case, told them I needed a refill, they said okay and I did all the paperwork, and they closed it the next day and didn't call me.
