They totally failed me twice. First time some idiot guy in a dress told me they couldn’t help me. Second time another guy told me they could help me and I would get a call from their Everett location in a couple of weeks. That promise was made a few months ago and the call never came. I called Everett myself and left a VM explaining who I was and why I was calling. No return call. Wanted to reopen my case, told them I needed a refill, they said okay and I did all the paperwork, and they closed it the next day and didn't call me.

I have to update my previous 5 star review to 1 star. I had a wonderful caring therapist here for almost a year. She helped me get through some serious issues. I was able to get on a medication that finally helped my life long struggle with depression. Then suddenly with little notice my therapist quit her job. Eliot then informed me that they were tainting my treatment because they were now only short term treatment and only there until someone finds somewhere else. Unsurprisingly, I am *also* here to complain that the caseworkers are an absolute joke and an embarassment to the practice. The folks who prescribe meds are also incompetent at communications between them, the insurance, and/or the pharmacies. It's been a month or so without a prescription I was supposed to be taking. I'm probably going to abandon these "services" soon, if they can even be called that.
