Don't bother. Went there for help and was advised they only take mass health. Told us to go to Beverly ER to get on mass health and then Eliot sectioned us and forced us to take an ambulance to ER. 8 hours later the Beverly ER sent us home. Waste of time
I was refused help after being told I would get it. No reason was given. I called to find out why. They said because I had my own therapist and prescriber they can't help. They never told me that's what I needed to be helped, and it's not right to disrupt someone's treatment with established therapists and prescribers. I went in for an evaluation so I could receive trauma focused therapy. I was not told until the end of the evaluation that you have to be put on psych meds by them until the end of the evaluation. I was denied therapy because I refused.

Very disappointed in my experience with Eliot! I had brought my pre teen daughter there looking for resources and guidance with a situation that had recently occurred! They decided to report a medical neglect with the wrong account of what had transpired! I'm shocked they can even report innacurate information like that! And timing I waited a day to figure out what was genuinely going on before bringing her in ..And find out more from my daughter! I feel that is very reasonable!
