I'm both horrified and heartbroken by the way I was treated. In January of 2025 I had my first appointment. I had been having multiple symptoms including dizziness, headaches, and fatigue for awhile, but it was when I started having intense chest pains that I decided I needed to see someone. My physician had mentioned the idea of POTS, as well as a few other doctors I had seen in the past, and I was under the impression that a cardiologist was the person to see. Absolute worst. Dr. Zhu is completely out of touch and not focused on solving patient problems, just seeing as many as he can and prescribing pills. I had to stop going to Elliott because they would never follow up, I'd have to leave 4-5 voicemails a day, the referrals to other doctors were always wrong. They told me i needed heart surgery but never followed up! Now, I have to go find a new doctor that will actually pay attention to all of my symptoms and a practice that will actually call me back. Dr Sutherland has to be the worst doctor I have ever met . Do not go to her . She will refuse to help you . She’s literally a waste of time .
First time there and was very happy with all aspects of the visit. People from check in , the RN, Doctor and check out were all 5 stars. Will consider changing to other Elliot services if they are all this good.
