Absolute worst. Dr. Zhu is completely out of touch and not focused on solving patient problems, just seeing as many as he can and prescribing pills. I had to stop going to Elliott because they would never follow up, I'd have to leave 4-5 voicemails a day, the referrals to other doctors were always wrong. They told me i needed heart surgery but never followed up! Now, I have to go find a new doctor that will actually pay attention to all of my symptoms and a practice that will actually call me back. Dr Sutherland has to be the worst doctor I have ever met . Do not go to her . She will refuse to help you . She’s literally a waste of time .
First time there and was very happy with all aspects of the visit. People from check in , the RN, Doctor and check out were all 5 stars. Will consider changing to other Elliot services if they are all this good.
