I am writing to express serious concerns regarding the leadership culture within the Ellington Volunteer Ambulance Corps (EVAC). After years of personal, firsthand experience with a key individual who has repeatedly reflected behavior that I have found to be narcissistic, punitive, and intolerant of healthy disagreement. Ellington Ambulance is a wonderful organization full of genuine, hardworking people who CARE. These people are constantly striving to improve their pre-hospital emergency care which is already outstanding. The Ambulance corps is an excellent representation of what we all strive for in a community as well as in a workplace.
