I’ve been coming here since I was 10 years old. I’ve seen employees come and go but they all have always been nice polite and accommodating. I’ve never had any issues in the 13 years I’ve been a patient
Very professional appt was at 2pm. Was leaving by 2:40. Talked with provider for a few minutes asked if I had any questions. Super amazing.
There isn't a doctor on staff. She's working remote. The techs do the exam. The tech put in the wrong numbers and my Rx was completely wrong. I ended up buying worthless glasses and I couldn't see. So I had to go to another eye care center that actually had an optometrist on staff who finally gave me the correct Rx. Top pic is my new Rx from 20/20 Bottom pic is Ellington
Staff was very nice and knowledgeable. Also very willing on helping with any questions.
