Ellington AC & Electric have been a great company to work with. They always do everything they can to ensure your comfort while waiting for parts to come in if required for a repair. It is easy to make appointments and the technicians are always very helpful and explain everything that is going on. I would highly recommend them to friends and family.

Both techs, Keandre and Ben, were friendly and knew what they were doing. Keandre went the extra mile to deliver portable ACs so we could sleep more comfortably. Doc listened to and has addressed our concerns in a timely and friendly manner. So very impressed once again.
