Excellent service call . The technician, Cody Gerardot, is a great representative for Ellington AC. He arrived as promised and on time. His appearance was very professional. His troubleshooting and customer contact skills are excellent. His knowledge of the equipment and the repairs needed to eliminate any future incidents instilled confidence in us. His explanation of the repair was included and documented before we received the invoice. Ellington AC will be our first call for AC repair in the future.

Quick response, the electrician went into the attic, thank goodness it was not a super hot day , and hooked up a New Attic exhaust fan with heat sensor, that was installed by the roofing company who had just replaced our roof,to our power circuit controlled by a light switch in the garage .
