My technician, Cody, was very professional in his appearance and manner. He worked diligently to find the problem, which turned out to be a manufacturer's defect in the thermostat. He didn't have one on the truck with him and had to get to his next appointment. The office coordinated in meeting with him at my house after his other appointment to get the thermostat to him. The job was completed and I was enjoying my air conditioning!!! Thanks to Coty and the Team at Ellington Air. Larry

The worst experience ever. Last Friday the service window I was given was 12- 4pm, 4.20 still one arrived. I called was told it would another while and a two hour 6 month check up. Had to reschedule. Today technician coals says I requested visit nearest 12 as possible for same window. This I did not request. He came and left as it was raining which in Florida I understand so rescheduled for Friday. I recommend this company Phil was knowledgeable and fixed my heating with a very old unit and very reasonably priced.
