Justin was awesome. He explained everything thoroughly. Fortunately there were no issues.
My uncle lives in Sebastian and was having severe HVAC issues. I was concerned that another company was giving him bad and over priced advice. I live in MD but found Ellington-and Ellington's great reviews-on Google. He got a second opinion from Ellington and saved thousands and had better results. Thanks for taking care of him.
Justin was very professional and polite. He informed me that he was expecting to be paid for his service. He did the job anyway after I explained that the 15k unit was purchased one year ago and should be under warranty.
Excellent service call . The technician, Christopher Ryan Finch is a great representative for Ellington. He arrived as promised and on time. His appearance was very professional. His troubleshooting and customer contact skills are excellent. His knowledge of the equipment and the repairs needed to eliminate any future incidents instilled confidence in us. His explanation of the repair was included and documented before we received the invoice. Ellington will be our first call for all electrical repair in the future.
Very fast and efficient workers all very polite. Did a wonderful job thank God my house is finally cooling down. Thank you all
