Justin was very professional and polite. He informed me that he was expecting to be paid for his service. He did the job anyway after I explained that the 15k unit was purchased one year ago and should be under warranty.

His troubleshooting and customer contact skills are excellent. His knowledge of the equipment and the repairs needed to eliminate any future incidents instilled confidence in us. His explanation of the repair was included and documented before we received the invoice. Ellington will be our first call for all electrical repair in the future.
