0/10 DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMALS HERE!! My wife made an appointment for 11AM. We dropped 2 dogs off and were told to be back around 330PM. Around 1230 we got a call to be back around 430. We show up at 445 and the dogs still werent done. So we decided to finish shopping and we get a very nasty phone call at 555 saying we need to be there now to pick up the dogs since the store closes at 6.
