Great experience - staff are so so lovely. The collection is stunning all the designers dresses are just beautiful. The shop interior is gorgeous - Izzy who helped me choose a dress was SO great. Didn’t make a huge fuss which is exactly what I wanted and just let me try and re try whatever dress I wanted. Just really enjoyed the whole experience and so happy I found my dress.
I travelled 2 and a half hours to specifically visit this store for a specific dress. Customer experience was outstanding. They reserved my dress for the week after a fee which was then taken off the price of the dress when I decided to purchase it. The staff were very caring and informative whilst the studio itself was light and airing with a good amount of natural light. Excited to receive my dress!
Had such a wonderful morning at Ellie Sanderson with Ellie and Izzy! We felt so well looked after and both Ellie and Izzy were so helpful in finding me my perfect dress! Such a beautiful shop and a very special boutique to visit! Thank you! X
Ellie Sanderson not only has lovely dresses but the most lovely staff! They looked after me so so well. They were kind and patient and catered to everything I needed. I am absolutely thrilled with my dress but even more I am so happy that I was so looked after and had staff with all the knowledge and kindness I needed. Would really recommend!
I had a really unpleasant experience this weekend. We were shoved into a back room that was a corridor to the toilet & doubled up as storage for cups and the coffee machine. It was incredibly hot in the room. We weren't offered any drinks on arrival and I had to ask 3 times for some water for my 80+ grandmother. None of the dresses I had discussed beforehand were ready and when they were found they weren't in a size that would fit me.
