If I could give them no stars I would. took my daughter to her appt and even though we aren't filing her secondary insurance they turned us away because we have one they don't take! So frustrating!!!! It took me 2.5 hours to do the crazy amount of intake paperwork and we wasted time driving to the appt, she missed school all for nothing. Plus they knew the insurance we had before we booked the appt. I will say even though the therapist was late (yes she walked into the office AFTER our appt time) she was nice and apologized ... read more
Our experience with Ellie has been wonderful! Our son works with Rachel, who we love, and has also visited with Dr. V, another excellent Ellie team member! They're always on time, never waste time, the app they use is very easy and makes paperwork and scheduling a breeze. They truly care about our family. Therapy is an absolute game-changer and I am happy to be able to recommend Ellie as a veritable one-stop-shop for improving your mental health.
