I love Ellie Mental Health. I am thankful for my therapist who is supportive, caring, and always full of kindness. I’m new to the area of Kansas City. I’ve had a hard time finding “safe people” and a “safe place” to just be. But I can honestly say that I do feel safe and comfortable here. I spoke with a dude when I tried to make an appointment. I never received a phone call back to inform me that the therapist I was waiting for wasn't accepting new clients. I would have a talk with your admin people. Clients shouldn't have to call to find out such information.
Very difficult to get an appointment, confusion about insurance (we have full BC/BS but they wouldn’t try to align us with someone because we’re over 65). I guess if you’re younger they like to work with you but if you’re older, good luck!
It’s rather upsetting to sit on the phone without even getting to a human first for 10 mins.
Kiersten is amazing!! She has helped me so very much! Before I had her I had Candice and they are both wonderful!!
