Lis was friendly sure, Tasha though Tasha was very efficient and on top of EVERYTHING! She was so thorough. Honestly I was going to go elsewhere. Tasha helped get us in the schedule

I love Ellie Mental Health. I am thankful for my therapist who is supportive, caring, and always full of kindness. I’m new to the area of Kansas City. I’ve had a hard time finding “safe people” and a “safe place” to just be. But I can honestly say that I do feel safe and comfortable here. I spoke with a dude when I tried to make an appointment. I never received a phone call back to inform me that the therapist I was waiting for wasn't accepting new clients. I would have a talk with your admin people. Clients shouldn't have to call to find out such information.
