My daughter has been trying to get a response from someone to provide documentation of a prescription for travel. The prescribing NP had said that she would send it by email last week and none came. We sent emails to their documentation team and info email and its been a week and she hasn't gotten a response. We went to the office in St Paul to speak with someone and found that they don't have a receptionist. They are refusing to send me my medical records. I had an appointment today that required I have all my recent medical records. I spent 3 days last week attempting to retrieve them, including filling out a ROI. I talked to 3 different people who all said they would send over my records. Every person failed to do that. Now they are completely ghosting me and not returning my calls or emails. I plan to file a HIPAA privacy rule complaint with the US Department of Health, and once I receive my records I will transferring my car... read more

It’s a garbage service. I feel awful saying that because my provider was a lovely person, and I enjoyed our chats, however that’s really all they ever amounted to. He told me I was angry and literally gave me a dog toy to take home and throw at a wall. I crashed out and went elsewhere to receive real treatment. $900 later, don’t bother with Ellie. There’s virtually no admin and it’s a crapshoot on who you receive as a provider. If it’s not working out it’s basically good luck have fun you are on your own. Not an awesome way ... read more
