When I first came to Google about Ellie, there were two people who had serious complaints about billing and another about the Director stealing their ADD dog. Now only one of those reviews is up. I went to Rona. She needs hearing aids and needs to actually speak to people. I was not impressed in anyway. She gave no direction nor led the therapy. Great clinicians! Great vibe! Great services!
My insurance has corrected my claims on my account resulting in a negative balance of over 300 dollars. I have been requesting a refund of those funds back to me as did my insurance, and we have been ignored and rand around. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR MONEY STOLEN!!! This is an exploiting money hungry embarrassing excuse for a therapist office. I will never EVER be d returning and am going to start seeking legal advice if this treatment continues.
