Door was locked upon arrival. Called and was told to wait. Nobody ever showed up. Called again and the answering service couldn’t reach the doctor. Door says open two hours after the time I’m here and the door is locked. They clearly don’t care about my mental health, I doubt they care about yours. What a horrible place. Garrett Hall was the “doctor” who no show’d my appointment.
I am writing this review to inform potential future patients about my experiences with this company. My initial appointment took place on July 15th, followed by a second appointment on July 22nd of this year. While I found the therapist to be exceptional, I encountered significant discrepancies with the billing process. Despite using my insurance, I was charged a substantial amount for both sessions.
