I have shopped here for years…. Since 2012! Everyone has always been so nice except the last time I came in. One of the owners, Kelly, was there and she was extremely rude. I was trying to talk to her and ask her questions and she never turned away from the computer. She didn’t even turn to face me! Her responses were either short or she wouldn’t respond at all. My mom went in there this past Saturday to get us a shirt and a purse for the game.. Cashier was very nice but the other girl behind register was not. She started whispering to the cashier and then proceeded to tell my mom “Purses are final sale, you can’t bring them back” but in a very belittling way. My mom left feeling very upset/insecure and judged as if she shouldn’t have been shopping there. Not a way to treat any customer if you ask me. People are very quick to judge and it’s sad.
Dirty place. Staff very unprofessional and rude. Not very family friendly.
