This office is currently closed. I was reminded by phone calls twice that I had an appointment on August 25th. Show up on time to locked doors, delivery notices, and a sign that says to call Franklinville. According to Franklinville, the Olean Medical group has been bought by Kaleida Health, and decided to shutter this location.
I’ve been calling this office for over a month! Left countless voicemails with 0 call backs. I need a pre auth for surgery (I had to cancel/reschedule my first appointment bc I couldn’t get through to this office) finally today the lady in olean told me ellicotville office is closed & I would now be going to the franklinville office. Called franklinville & it just keeps ringing. I called olean back to see if I could schedule through them or leave a message & it’s a no for both. This is extremely unprofessional!
Stay away, worst doctors office ever. They have never followed through I have to call them 4 times to get a simple request done. They do not care about the patients and no one holds them accountable so they get away with it. I have many examples but they are all won’t all fit in the review box.
