Excellent care. Very knowledgeable and takes time with you. I highly recommend him.
I am hating every moment of it. I am unsure if my experience of them, and the way they've treated me is based on my skin color.... I cannot fathom the unprofessionalism that I have and currently still experiencing from them. It is beyond comprehension. In 2024! Got my medical exam bloodwork done & no one reached out when the results came. Till date. I had to call them myself. Poor front desk performance - unable to schedule and unable to follow through on simple requests. It is quite frustrating. The excuse is a new scheduling system being put in place. They lost my appointment.
This practice has fast been on a downward spiral. They don't even answer the phone anymore and their voicemail is always full. Time to look somewhere else. It's a shame because I've been going there for the past ten years.
