Ellicott City Motor Sports ( BEWARE) Dropped my bike off for service 7/5, needed new thermostat. No one called to update me on the delivery of the part or anything. If it wasn't for me coming to the shop and calling I wouldn't know what's going on. Now today 7/19 my bike have not been fixed yet and all anyone can say is that the shop only does basic services Friday & Saturday, closed Sunday& Monday. My bike will not be ready until Tuesday. Caution is warranted when using this service department! I took my Kawasaki for a change of all fluids (brakes, clutch, engine oil, shaft oil) as they advertized it for what sounded a good price (about $300). The offer was even written on the board next to the service desk All new fluids, $...). When I went to pick it up, I noticed the brake fluids were not changed.
