I have been a client for several years - some hiccups, and I liked the doctors, but after today I will no longer be a client. I requested my measurements for my previous glasses (which I paid over $700 for), and, after telling me on the phone i could come into the Columbia office to get them, they refused to give them to me, even though they are part of my medical records!
