I feel bad for the employees that have to put up with the poor management and ownership. Constantly understaffed and the coffee is inconsistent. Don’t bother calling the store, they don’t answer or get back to you.
When this location opened, we were so excited it was definitely our favorite coffee place. Unfortunately, the staff is struggling & it is never consistent. There was even an arrest from a brawl in early March that I tried to reach out to the franchise owners about and nobody ever gave me a call back. Half the time there is no staff and they have one lane running. We've tried to cancel mobile orders and never gotten refunds. They definitely need some help.

Absolutely LOVE this coffee shop! The coffee is amazing every time. The staff is absolutely the BEST! I like to order online and they always have my drink ready with 4 little dog bones bc they know I bring all my pups and I do not give them the pup cup. Everyone is so friendly every time. I drive 15 mins out of my way to enjoy this coffee shop! Highly recommend ❤️
