Guy taking out order at the drive through was great!
If I could give no stars I would. My wife absolutely loves this place. Alot of my money goes here everyday.......but it want anymore. The young lady and young man on duty ( both have blond gingerish hair) has been absolutely rude everything single time we go. This girl has left us sitting at the window while she was on her phone as we just watch her threw window. I have always been a big fan until today. The little blond ginger girl that is on shift today 1-26-2026 at2:30pm needs to be fired. She slung the window open and asked me what!!?? In the most rudest way ever. And then proceeded to continue to be sparky and rude. The young man on duty with her stood in back laughing. Have all this on my dash cam and I have contacted the owners.
The customer service at Ellianos in Clanton has always been excellent. I’ve been there several times as it is on my way to work. I am not a coffee drinker but I tasted a latte once and liked it. I explained to the workers in Ellianos what I knew about the drink I tasted and they helped me find the perfect drink and now I’m a regular customer! However I’m always at the drive-thru. Never been inside.
