Eliano's in general has really good service, but the gentleman that made my drink today provided great service and was incredibly professional. Really appreciate that
Regency location needs improvement, the employees are not always friendly. They don't ask for loyalty numbers as every other location in Jacksonville area does.
So i went to get a coffee and i do admitt i took a little long to order cause I wasnt sure what I wanted. The guy there was cool and chill, but when I went and got my coffee, the girl was silent and tge expression felt off, like a sarcastic smile getting handed an unfilled extra large. I dont know if its because I asked for light ice because I am someone who likes more drink than ice after experiencing watered down drinks plenty.
