We have been to Ellianos several times in the past. This by far was the worst experience. We were sitting at the window waiting for the lady at the window to finish her text message conversation on her phone. She was not pleasant when taking our order (she may have just been having a bad day). Then we pulled to the second window, mind you, there was no one in front of us.
