Very long wait time
Always excellent lattes!
I literally come here everyday and get great service but today on 10/24/25 @11:30am it was a different experience. The young lady opened the drive thru window as I pulled up to place my order. She didn't greet me at all. She didn't say "Hello may I help you?" or " Hello what can I get you?, or anything". I proceeded to give my order. She stuck the tap pad/ order pad out the window and waited for me to tap. She didn't say what the total was or anything and closed the window.
