Back in March of 2010, I had just gotten back from active duty and the home that was waiting for me was a place I had never seen before. It was a little house right behind the barbershop (which is behind this gym) and next to the church. My wife had moved into that home while I was away. Coming home was already an adjustment. Very strict rules but facilty is clean!
Helpful staff. Clean equipment. The other members faithfully put their weights away where they got them and clean the equipment after use. Not very busy (which I prefer). If you want to support a local business, this is a great place to consider supporting.
