Been going here 15 + years and had to go through the changing of Drs 4 times. Half the time I need to see the doctor they are booked up and I cant wait 3-4 weeks to be seen. My last visit was for a breast exam. So I got the cancer news. Been seeing oncologists for two years. Called A few days ago to see Dr.Kane for something else and was informed that I hadnt been in for awhile and that I would have to do a transition appointment as a new patient..I was told to see him about getting cortisone injection for pain in my thumb w... read more
Had an appointment, but when I tried to find the office google maps told me to go to Bloomington. You have to make sure to put ellitsville. I was late the lady told me it was pretty much that I should have gone to look for the place before hand. The next appointment would be in April. I went and made an appointment with St Frances I will never make any appointments with Riley doctor again. I don't mind driving an hour just to see a doctor.
Dr. Lang is terrific. Funny, no BS, easy to talk to.
I have not yet actually gotten an appointment, but when I called I was put on hold for at least 10 minutes. Prior to that, it was always busy. So either they are a very busy office or have lousy office staff working the phones. I'm sorry, but to rate a physician I must include his staff.
