Ellery Arbor Memory Care is truly a wonderful place. The recent renovation of the facility and resident rooms is absolutely amazing. One of the most unique and thoughtful features is the indoor “street” with its shops and movie theater — it creates a sense of familiarity and comfort for residents and really helps make it feel like home. PSA: DO NOT PLACE YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS HERE! For what these people are charging, nothing and I mean absolutely NOTHING is worth having residents be mistreated. The entire Management team is disrespectful, from the ED Christin Cain, Down to the nurse Rebecca Reaves! There is absolutely no reason that our family members should not be taken care of properly.
