Been bringing out pets Avery, Hazel, and Theo here for 10 years. Dr. Hanna is very knowledgeable and you can tell he really cares about your pets.
A huge shout out to Ellerslie Pet Hospital for their compassion and care during a very difficult decision. Although their day was booked, they had us bring our pet in so that they could look at her in between appointments. They were able to examine her quickly and determine the problem and then helped us make an extremely difficult decision. We took our cat in due to a problem with his ear. They took such good care of him. Kind and compassionate and very professional. Unfortunately a few weeks after we got his ear all sorted out then the poor cat ended up with a way more serious health issue. This caused us to make the hard decision to say goodbye and the whole team at ellerslie pet hospital was so kind, supportive and showed an extreme level of compassion when myself and my children needed it most. Thank you guys for everything you do.
I'd like to note that the clinic has changed hands in the last couple of years, so if you were put off by the original owners, please give Ellerslie Pet Hospital another try! You'll find the clinic is now warm and welcoming from the moment you come in. Dr. Hanna is the most wonderful and compassionate vet I've met.
