I cannot express the gratitude that I have for this organization. They even came same day. I thought I was going to need a new AC unit. I had two companies come and look and both told me that I did. When Ellers showed up they did a full inspection first to see what the problem was. After about 15 mins of looking ( let me also mention that the tech had an apprentice with him and helped him the entire way to diagnose the problem), the tech told me he has a suspicion of what was wrong. I cannot thank Eller & Sons enough! Our ac was not cooling & we called another business that sent out a technician that said we not only needed a new ac but furnace too totaling 18k! Thankfully we got a second opinion from Eller & Sons the following morning and only needed a $200 part! Not only is the ac fixed it’s working better than it was when we moved in 2 years ago. It is so hard finding reputable businesses reputable and honest businesses. Nick was amazing!
Blake was kind, straight forward, and fixed the problem quickly. A wonderful experience.
