I cannot thank Eller & Sons enough! Our ac was not cooling & we called another business that sent out a technician that said we not only needed a new ac but furnace too totaling 18k! Thankfully we got a second opinion from Eller & Sons the following morning and only needed a $200 part! Not only is the ac fixed it’s working better than it was when we moved in 2 years ago. It is so hard finding reputable businesses reputable and honest businesses. Nick was amazing!
Blake was kind, straight forward, and fixed the problem quickly. A wonderful experience.
Had a company come out to service and told me I needed a new system. Called Ellers and they came out same day to look at my system. Blake was absolutely amazing and walked me through the whole thing and told me my 20 yr system was at that time working amazingly and they were just trying to upsell me. Absolutely amazing customer service from telephone reception to Blakes service and dumbing down the AC/engineering talk for me so I can understand it. Truly appreciate them and their service to the community.
