We hired Ellergodt to design a 4 Plex and also deal with the CIty approvals and resulting appeal. I could never have done this myself. The Ellergodt team was very professional throughout the whole process. Jessica tackled the challenges with confidence while remaining sensitive of the communities concerns and feedback. Brent, Elicia and the whole team at Ellergodt were awesome to work with. We appreciated their help and insight with designing our Belgian-Farmhouse inspired walkout. They were able to translate our vision into clear, all-encompassing drawings and our builder repeatedly commented on the quality & attention to detail in the drawings. Elicia was always super helpful with her suggestions and we were able to work through rounds of revisions until things were precisely dialed in. Highly recommend, without hesitation.
This is our first project with Ellergodt Design. We were unsatisfied with the previous design company we were using and decided to switch things up for our second project. We had a challenging multi-family development site that faced several challenges throughout the process with the city's changes to rules and relaxations but Brent's team was able to navigate through them efficiently. Brent and his team are both professional and personable. We used them for an addition in 2014 and the design process was flawless. Brent has the ability to see design in ways we couldn’t imagine. We are using him again now to guide us through a complete Reno on another property. We are so excited to see what he comes up with this time.
