Our experience with Eller Apartments has been amazing! We had to find a new place quickly, and Tara in the front office was incredibly helpful from start to finish. From the moment she answered the phone to showing us around and finalizing the lease, she made everything super easy and smooth. The rest of the staff has been great too. Totally recommend living here and you really can’t beat this location plus all the amenities that come with it.
The apartment complex has a $40 valet trash charge that is mandatory. (which is fine) but they expect you to keep the gross old trash can inside your apartment and it can only be outside your door Mon-Thurs (5-7pm). If you leave it outside of those hours they will charge a $25 fee. I asked not to do the valet trash pick up since I can easily walk to the dumpster to throw out my trash myself and so I don't have to have their gross ugly trashcan in my apt and they said its required. I wish I could give them zero stars. I lived here starting in 2022 with the previous management, Arium. I left because when I signed it was I think $1400 and come to 2023 it went up to about $2200. Great place to live if you don't mind random charges but the real kicker was I have been trying to get my security deposit back but since it was an old management company, they don't have any files on my security deposit being paid or even any of my rent payments for when I started.
