My experience with this attorney was a nightmare from day one. He does not reply to emails or text messages. Days before my trial, I found out on my own that he is good friends with the alleged victim's father, which is a major conflict of interest. He withheld evidence from me in order to help his friend's daughter, the alleged victim in my case. At my trial, he created a narrative to help his friend's daughter. Do not hire this attorney. Mr. Eller withheld exculpatory evidence that would have completely exonerated my son so he could protect the wrongdoing of his friend's daughter. We only found out that he possessed this evidence after the trial was over. He has been reported for whatever that's worth.
The Eller team is top notch service and results.
Got me a very good reduced sentence for speeding, but I had to call 3 times for someone to respond and there was a distinct lack of communication.
