Mr. Eller helped us with evicting difficult tenants. There were multiple issues with tenants like property damage, not paying rent, claiming medical issues due to property etc. Mr. Eller was patient in answering our questions and helped with move-out agreement. He is very knowledgeable and detailed and guided us on which points to push back and which ones to agree to. I highly recommend Mr. Eller and will definitely use their services in future.

Bad experience and would not recommend this firm. They started an action on my behalf and couldn't be bothered to pick up the phone to discuss or strategize. I found them to be very poor at communication and they left me with the impression that they only cherry pick easy cases . Zero Stars if you ask me.
