Bad experience and would not recommend this firm. They started an action on my behalf and couldn't be bothered to pick up the phone to discuss or strategize. I found them to be very poor at communication and they left me with the impression that they only cherry pick easy cases . Zero Stars if you ask me.

Called to answer a simple question and the jerk on the phone instead of giving a simple answer, Told me he does Not practice in Spokane and " Is not a free service ". Some people don't have the common decency to just answer a simple customer service question anymore
